Biography

Bakunin's Bum, named after the anarchist philosopher Mikhail Bakunin, formed in 2000, is a musical and spoken word collaboration from Montréal, Quebec, Canada between author, actor, violinist, sex advocate and educator Norman Nawrocki and drummer Aidan Girt from 1-Speed Bike, Exhaust and Godspeed You! Black Emperor. Their first recording, Fight to Win! was released as a benefit for the Ontario Coalition Against Poverty and features spoken word by anti-poverty activists over instrumental music.
