Biography
Mónica Sintra [[placeformed]Lisbon, 10 de Junho de 1978] is a Portuguese singer, with 10 released albuns, 2 of which are compliations/best-of. In 1992, she was a part of Jovens Cantores de Lisboa, and participated in a contest for TVI's Momentos de Glória, winning the first place. She has done some acting. She has also written a book, A Um Passo Do Abismo [One Step Away From The Abyss], released in April 3rd 2008, at Escola Secundária Maria Amália Vaz de Carvalho's library, about her struggle with anorexia and bulimia.
