Ms. Jade whose birth name is Chevon Young was born on August 3, 1979, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she grew up in a section called Nicetown. While growing up Ms. Jade competed in local high school talent shows and even won one. After her graduation in 1997 she went to beauty school for 2 years.
