Pepper McGowan
Biography
A self taught pianist by age three, Pepper McGowan's work draws from the torch songs of the Jazz Age as well as from the music of her contemporaries. Her life as a musician began early, writing her first songs at eight, and playing on both coasts by twenty. In the summer of 1998, she released an 8 song EP, MARROW, under her maiden name, Pepper Acton, on Cleveland's Sound of the Sea label.
