Toshimi Tagawa (????), born 22 November 1975, is a Japanese enka singer from Wakayama. By recommendation of lyricist Keiko Yuki (????), she proceeded to Tokyo after graduating from junior high school to pursue a career in music. In Tokyo she studied under composer Jun Suzuki (???). In 1992 Tagawa made her début with the single "Onna...Hitori-tabi" (??????????). Her most current single is "Muteki" (????).
