Un Pingüino en mi Ascensor is a spanish music band formed in the 80 by the lawyer José Luis Moro, singer and composer. Soon Mario Gil joined the band (before at Paraíso and La Mode), after producing the second album, "El Balneario". In January 1987 the company DRO accepts editing the first mini-LP of Un Pingüino en mi Ascensor, CD with 6 songs that had the same name of the band, using a keyboard casiotone as the only instrument. In May of the same year the published the LP with the singles "Espiando a mi vecina"
