Biography
There are 2 artists by this name: 1) London-based band 50Hz from 2001-2008. They released their first single on Shifty Disco Records, Armchair Army in 2001. Over the subsequent years they steadily built a loyal following, and had been championed by Steve Lamacq on Radio One. Eight 50Hz songs feature on Charley Boorman and Ewan McGregor¹s massively popular motorcyle documentary Long Way Round. In the summer of 2005 they were taken on by producer Ian Grimble, and began recording their debut album.
