Few is known from this band. Formed in 2006, Abyssmal Sorrow are a funeral doom/black metal band from Australia. Their theme is based on death, suicide, depression and misery. The band released two albums before they split in 2010. The first of which was a self-titled EP Abyssmal Sorrow in late 2007, and the second a full album entitled Lament in February 2008. Using natural sounds effect such as rain and thunder in their music, makes you feel sad.
