Cassiber Germany

Cassiber were an avant-garde rock group founded in 1982 in Germany by English drummer Chris Cutler from Henry Cow, German composer and music-theatre director Heiner Goebbels, German saxophonist Alfred Harth and German guitarist Christoph Anders. They recorded five albums, toured extensively across Europe, Asia and North America, and disbanded in 1992. Cassiber's music was a blend of speed-punk, free jazz and sampling which incorporated found sounds and news broadcasts.
