Criminal Elament is a group from the northside of Houston, TX. The members are June Bugg, Lil' 5th, Ice Water Slaughter, Ice Picc, Folk and DJ Free. Hit 'Em Where It Hurt is their debut album and it was released in 1994 on Dead Game Records.
