There is more than one artist using the name of Dear Rouge. 1. A pop rock duo out of Vancouver, Canada. The members consist of Danielle McTaggart and Drew McTaggart. In the summer of 2009, Danielle & Drew were touring separately across Canada, pursuing music projects. Finding they had a true connection, they began to talk of collaborating.
