Biography
(1) Dilate was the ambient project of Victor Wulf, a member of experimental industrial group Vampire Rodents. Wulf's first album under the name Dilate was Cyclos in early 1996, followed by the double disc Octagon in mid-1997. Both albums were released by Cleopatra Records.
