Erik Westbergs Vokalensemble Sweden
Biography
The Erik Westberg Vocal Ensemble was founded in 1993 and consists of 16 singers, active as soloists, church musicians and music teachers in the northernmost part of Sweden. The Ensemble prefers to work closely with composers and holds a special position among Swedish choirs in terms of commissioned works and premiere performances. In 1996 their first CD Musica Sacra was released and has since that recorded two more CDs, “Across the bridge of hope” and “A Star is Shining”.
