Biography
gay against you (also GvsY) are an enthusiastic, messy and very friendly duo, consisting of Lachlann Rattray and Joe Howe. They are influenced by The Minutemen, Magma, Mae Shi and other bands beginning with an M. Regardless of these influences, they sound a bit like "a council estate butthole surfers", to quote Terrorizer magazine. In the last year GvsY have preformed numerous times in the UK and Europe. Show buddies include Lightning Bolt, Dan Deacon, Shitdisco, No Age, Cutting Pink With Knives, Eats Tapes and The Blow.
