Biography
Theres two rappers that goes under the name Hi-C: 1) Hi-C was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, but his family relocated to Compton which later he became a member of the Westside Piru Bloods. Hi-C also used Spanish in one of his songs, "Jack Move". "I'm Not Your Puppet" was featured on the Low Rider Vol. V compilation. He is known for his high-pitched voice and raunchy, humourous lyrics.
