Institution D.O.L. is the power electronics / noise project of Austrian musician Matthias Beisl, though he refers to himself as M. or currently as Barbie Blutig. He describes his music as challenging the "decadent consumer habits and new 'communication' and 'information' technologies [ which ] are destroying Western civilization's already culturally rootless, rational way of thinking..."
