Biography
John Schlitt is best known as the lead vocalist of Christian rock band Petra from the mid-80's to 2006, when the band disbanded for good. Before that he provided lead vocals for Head East, notably appearing on the classic recordings of Never Been Any Reason and Since You Been Gone.
