Biography
KiLHi+ICE was a gothic synthpop and darkwave band that received decent success in Japan. With a sound that is much more akin to American goth and industrial then Visual Kei music is, KiLHi+ICE is defined by it's melodic synth, extremely electronic and trance beats. TARAChan is known for her peaceful tone when singing, rarely if ever screaming or yelling, using effects on her voice do the work. KiLHi+ICE was formed in Tokyo in 1995, releasing their demo that same year.
