Biography
Is it possible to bring swing in traditional French and Flemish music? Lirio proves that it is, and that folk is alive and grooving! Enthusiastically they'll play their public the newest folkmusic, self- written or traditional tunes, arranged to a modern and grooving mix. Lirio consists of four musicians who find their inspiration especially at French and Flemish folkfestivals and dance-events. Violin, accordion and bagpipes provide the melodic arrangements, while guitar and double bass lay a strong rhythmical foundation.
