Based out of Orange County, California, Mare Cognitum is an atmospheric black metal band consisting of one member, Jacob Buczarski. This project was conceived to cast the listener deep into the darkest unknown corners of the universe. Currently signed to I, Voidhanger records and Fallen Empire Records.
