Medeski Martin & Wood and John Scofield have collaborated on two albums to date, Scofield's A Go Go and the more recent Out Louder. You can find them with several names, here at Last.fm: Medeski Scofield Martin and Wood and Billy Martin, Chris Wood, John Medeski & John Scofield are some variations possible. The band received some of their first significant exposure outside of the New York City jazz scene by performing with Phish at their October 14, 1995 concert, which led to the association of the group as a jam band.
