Biography
1) melody. is a Japanese pop singer who was born on February 24th, 1982 in Honolulu, Hawaii. She started out modeling at the age of 16, but wanted to launch a music career in Japan and did so with the release of her first single, Dreamin' Away, on February 19th, 2003. It wasn't until her first collaboration with m-flo on their "m-flo loves..." project that she became more well-known. From April 2007 until October 2008, melody. was the host of J-MELO, an all-English weekly show focused on Japanese music that airs on NHK World TV.
