Biography

There are three musicians by the name of Michael Murray. 1) Michael Murray, the organist, was considered America's premiere classical organist during the 1970s-1990s. He is now retired although he still plays on occasion at St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Columbus, Ohio. In addition to being a musician, Murray is also a published author, his best-known work being a biography of his mentor & teacher, Marcel Dupré. Murray has recorded well over 20 albums, most on the Telarc label.
