Monita Tahalea (born Monita Angelica Maharani Tahalea; 21 July, 1987 in Jakarta, Indonesia) is an Indonesian singer who rose to popularity after placing fourth in Indonesian Idol 2, the Indonesian version of Pop Idol, shown by RCTI. In early 2010, Indra Lesmana introduced Monita Tahalea in her first debut solo album called Dream, Hope & Faith. The album contains of 8 songs arranged and directed by Indra Lesmana that present pop contemporary music with jazz feel in minimalist packaging.
