"??????? ???" (translates from belarusian as "Local time") is a belarusian hard rock formed in 1987 in Navapolatsk (blr. ??????????) by Alies Kuzmin (????? ???????) and Viachaslau Makas (???????? ?????). Firstly their songs were in russian. After the band made it's first demo called "??????? ?????" (russian for "??????? ???") they get acquainted with ???? and under influence of their music "??????? ???" started singing in belarusian.
