Kazuko Utsumi (????, real name ????, Shimoyama Kazuko) (born February 16th, 1967, Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese singer and former child actress. After starring in a few variety shows in the early 1980s, such as All Night Fuji, Kazuko released her first single, "???????", in November of 1986. She went on to release her solo debut (and only studio album) "LUNCH TIME" in March of the following year. She released 4 singles, a solo album, and a compilation of greatest hits in 2002.
