Otarion is the recording name of German musician Rainer Klein. The sound of Otarion combines the uplifting & inspiring strength of instrumental rhythmic synthmusic (Tangerine Dream & Jean Michel Jarre fans will find a lot to admire here) whilst maintaining a more subtle, spacey edge.
