Bruxelles, Belgium based Félicia Atkinson (Je suis le petit chevalier) and Portland, Oregon based Jackie McDowell (Inez Lightfoot) have bridged the gap between their homes to give birth to the hallucinatory folk musings of Rivière Amur.
