Biography
Jodi Phillis and Tim Oxley became friends at Mambo Graphics where they both worked in the late 80's. They both played in separate bands in Sydney's inner west and eventually discovered their mutual love of harmony singing, elaborate melodies and meaningful lyrics. When they weren't busy recording and touring with their other bands, (Jodi in The Clouds and Tim in The Verys), they sang and played on each others solo albums, played gigs together, then formed The Dearhunters in 1999
