Rouxinol Faduncho
Biography
Rouxinol Faduncho is a character/caricature created by author and humourist Marco Horácio, as result of an exercise of analysis and observation of some characteristic details of Portuguese society, connected to the "fado bairrista". The character Rouxinol Faduncho's "biography" is as follows: an ex-emmigrant kicked out of Germany due to smuggling national products and selling them to other portuguese emmigrants, namely "morcelas". In Germany, he already sang fado in some bars and the success was tremendous.
