Haruka Shimotsuki (?????, born November 15 in Miyagi Prefecture, Japan) is a soprano, composer and singer-songwriter currently based in Tokyo and signed to CRAFTSCAPE, a label she co-created. Her style is inspired primarily by neoclassical, new age and Western folk music and includes fantasy elements. She honed her singing skills during college and began creating dôjin (fan) music in 2001. Her success and popularity as an independent artist
