?? (Suilen) is a electronic duo from Japan. Their name ?? meaning water lily; (????,Suiren,Suilen); comes from the chinese characters meaning "Sleeping Lotus". The duo consists of ?? (Shakuyaku) on vocals and electronics and ?? (Maki), former guitarist and keyboardist of the Japanese Synthpop group SOFT BALLET; on guitar and electronics. Their sound would be best described as mix of ambient, electronica, with gothic elements.
