Biography
Tortoise Matsumoto (?????? (T?tasu Matsumoto), born Atsushi Matsumoto (???) on December 28, 1966) is the lead singer of the Japanese guitar group, ?????(Ulfuls). He has also had several acting roles in TV dramas, notably with Namida wo Fuite (?????) in 2000. Since 2007, Matsumoto has been engaging in solo activites, releasing three albums under Warner Music Japan.
