The Dance
Biography
There are currently 3 bands named "The Dance" 1) ) The Dance is a theatrical and expressive Dutch band. The music is a mix of pumping beats, electronic sounds and a distinctive voice. 2) The Dance were a spin off from the band the Model Citizens. After a brief career and an EP produced by John Cale the Model Citizens split into Polyrock and The Dance. Both drew inspiration from the minimalist movement and Philip Glass produced some of the Polyrock albums.
