This Bio is Originally written by Simon Nott of Big Cheese Magazine. Taken from The Highliners album Bound For Glory / Spank-o-Matic PSYCHO55 . It was edited & updated by Russ Surfer. Legend has it that Luke Morgan (Vocals) and Chris Finch (Sax) started kicking around the idea of The Highliners way back in 1982. Soon to be joined by ‘Stretch’ on bass and Tim Potter on drums. None of them were all that adept at their chosen instruments, but they did have a 1964 VW camper van
