While so-called punk bands have been selling energy drinks and hybrid cars, THE SCARE has been honoring their DIY roots while forging new paths in the world of melodic hardcore and punk. THE SCARE has honed their craft while paying homage to their hometown of Washington D.C. THE SCARE’s melodic yet urgent sound has been often compared to the stalwarts DAG NASTY.
