Biography

The Sleeping Years is the new project for ex-Catchers singer Dale Grundle. The Sleeping Years released a trilogy of EPs in handmade covers in 2007, ‘You and Me Against The World’,, ‘Setting fire to sleepy towns’ and 'Clocks and clones'. The debut album 'We're becoming islands one by one' was released on Talitres Records in Europe and Rocketgirl in the UK and Ireland in 2008. Dale was born in Coleraine, Northern Ireland and started his first band Catchers while at school and signed to Setanta Records.
