There are two bands called Time Has Come: 1. The first: Time Has Come is based out of Mansfield, Ohio and have been a band since July of '97. Before that Chris, Scott, and Keith (all from Mansfield, 60 miles north of Columbus and 70 miles south of Cleveland) started a band called Hostile Environment back in '94.
