Tomokazu Seki (? ?? Seki Tomokazu, born September 8, 1972) is a popular voice actor (seiy?) in Japan. Some of his most notable roles include Gundam characters Domon Kasshu and Yzak Joule, Toya Kinomoto, Sakura Kinomoto's older brother in Cardcaptor Sakura, and Ken Hidaka from Weiss Kreuz alongside Koyasu Takehito, Hiro Yuuki, and Shinichiro Miki. His most recent role is Shi Ryuuki in Saiunkoku Monogatari(ongoing anime series) He is considered very versatile in his industry and has portrayed a wide variety of characters
