Biography

Siúcra is a trio consisting of Beth Leachman as the main vocals and the bodhran of the band, Shannon Heaton taking on the Irish flute and whistles, and Matt Heaton on guitar. An unofficial fourth member Sam Amidon, who plays the fiddle, has also been known to perform with Siúcra in the later tour of the US. "Formed in 1998, Siúcra has developed a thick, sassy sound that incorporates a powerful mix of instrumentals and vocals, traditional and original music.
